Lettings Department
Middletons are looking for a highly motivated, organised and enthusiastic person, to work in our busy Lettings department, based in our town centre office. We expect the successful candidate to be able to manage their time and carry out to the many daily duties that happen in a busy lettings office.
Duties including but not limited to.
Carrying out inspections, inventories and check outs, plus maintaining appropriate records.
Attending valuations and preparing marketing material for new and readvertised properties.
Property Maintenance - liaising with both landlord and applicant and updating records accordingly.
Carrying out regular reviews with landlords and prospective landlords to build business relationships and increase our portfolio.
Preparing landlord contracts and tenancy agreements.
Answer incoming telephone calls and monitoring email enquiries.
Maintaining our social media presence, to promote our business and our properties.
