I bought my first home with middletons, originally the house I wanted to view was sold but then came back on the market, Erin called me straight away and booked a viewing in! I went on to buy it the next day as it was perfect. Communication was amazing throughout, Hazel and Julie answered the phone every time and responded to my queries efficiently and professionally. The man who originally showed us around I think is the branch manager, well he was great! very down to earth and I felt like I could trust what he said. Julie was amazing, as I was super keen to complete each time I rang she was very responsive and knew exactly what was going on and would chase solicitors etc if needed. I went with their recommended solicitors and brokers, I will defiantly use the solicitor again as she was amazing too. Very very smooth process and would work with them again! Thank you team
